My support
I create safe and practical spaces to learn and apply mindfulness in the different areas of our lives. We combine formal and everyday practice to explore opportunities and work with the obstacles that arise on the path to greater well-being.
Training 1:1
Undertake a personal practice tailored to you with Unified Mindfulness techniques.
Objectives: increasing well-being, alleviating suffering, becoming a better version of yourself, cultivating equanimity.
Courses for groups
Attend a modular program to learn and grow in a group by working on topics such as body, emotion, thought, relationships, and habits.
Retreats
Participate in an intensive 4-hour activity, 1 day, or a weekend. These are spaces of silence and presence to deepen and consolidate the practice.
My approach
Whether in an individual or group context, the approach seeks to explore aspirations and goals and then discover co-creative ways to connect with them, working within a safe and non-judgmental framework, where each person is allowed to set the most appropriate pace at any given moment.
