Road maps

The past year has been a period of transition for me, leaving behind a 30-year teaching career and mapping out a new road map for the soul. The territory I intend to move through will no longer be in the field of teaching English – now I want to fully dedicate myself to what I am most passionate about at this stage of my life: the practice, study, and teaching of mindfulness. For me, it is, as Carlos Castaneda or Jack Kornfield would say, a true path with heart.
