Begin a personal practice tailored to you with Unified Mindfulness techniques. Objectives: increase well-being, alleviate suffering, become a better version of yourself, train equanimity.

Courses for groups

Attend a modular program to learn and grow in a group, working on topics such as body, emotion, thought, relationships, and habits.

Retreats

Participate in an intensive activity lasting 4 hours, 1 day, or a weekend. These are spaces of silence and presence to deepen and consolidate your practice.
